What you provide
Account details, contact information, professional experience, skills, education, work preferences, and documents you choose to upload support profile review and recruitment. The platform does not request date of birth, nationality, or a full home address for its standard workflow.
What employers can see
With your catalogue consent, approved profiles show professional information such as title, skills, experience, education, general location, and availability. Your name, email, phone number, private documents, and account information are not shown in the catalogue.
How information is used
IES uses information to manage your account, review your application, respond to enquiries, and coordinate recruitment. Authorized agency staff can access full profiles and private documents for these purposes. Status notifications are sent to your account email.
Your choices
You can update your profile, manage documents, withdraw your application, delete your application, and request account deletion through your account. Withdrawal immediately removes catalogue visibility. Deletion disables access and soft-deletes recruitment records; contact IES for any further deletion request or information about record retention.
Security and recruitment records
Access controls protect private information. Administrative changes are recorded in an audit history. Documents are stored privately and require authorized access. Some records may need to be retained for a legitimate recruitment or legal purpose; IES should confirm applicable retention periods before this platform is used in production.

The platform uses session and security cookies for login and form protection. The current application does not use advertising trackers.
