Using the platform
Provide accurate professional and company information, keep login credentials private, and use the platform only for genuine recruitment purposes. Do not submit documents you are not entitled to share.
Candidate review and opportunities
Profiles are subject to agency review. Catalogue approval does not guarantee a job, a placement, or independent verification of every qualification. IES and employers discuss role-specific requirements and checks during recruitment.
Employer enquiries
Profiles contain professional summaries. Contact and private information are managed through the agency. Do not attempt to identify, scrape, or contact candidates outside the authorized recruitment workflow.
Service arrangements
Any service scope, fees, payment terms, or placement arrangements must be agreed directly with IES. A catalogue listing or enquiry alone does not form a staffing contract.
Account management
You may update or withdraw an application. IES may restrict an account where needed to address misuse, inaccurate information, or unauthorized access. Account deletion and information handling are described in the privacy information.
